2. A choice shared between domains
Your choice is stored in the necessary cookieadmin_consent cookie for .advixy.com, for up to 180 days. This allows advixy.com and os.advixy.com to respect the same preference, although each domain has its own policy and technology inventory. The consent cookie does not identify an AdvixyOS account and is separate from secure session cookies.
3. Categories
- Necessary: security, authentication, sessions, service operation and evidence of your choice.
- Functional: language, preferences or optional services expressly requested by you.
- Analytics: public-page measurement through Google Analytics. Analytics identifiers are stored only after acceptance.
- Marketing: advertising or promotional measurement, only if a disclosed service is activated and you expressly accept it. AdvixyOS does not currently activate advertising-personalisation storage.
4. Main cookies
- cookieadmin_consent: necessary; records the selected categories for up to 180 days and is shared at .advixy.com level.
- advixyos_session: necessary, secure and HttpOnly; limited to os.advixy.com and used for authenticated access. It expires with the session or access policy.
- _ga and variants: analytics; Google Analytics identifiers with a configured duration of up to 180 days, created only after Analytics is accepted.
5. Google Analytics and denied-state signals
On expressly allowlisted public pages, Google Consent Mode starts with analytics_storage=denied. Before acceptance, no Analytics cookies are created, although Google may receive cookieless measurement signals including the public URL, page title and technical parameters. After accepting Analytics, storage becomes granted. AdvixyOS does not send form answers, contact, tax or banking data, free text, case identifiers or private tokenised routes to Analytics.
6. Change or withdraw your choice
Optional categories start disabled. Reject, configure and accept are presented at the same level. A later choice replaces the earlier one; when Analytics is withdrawn, AdvixyOS deletes the measurement cookies it can access in the browser.
7. Browser controls and updates
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser, although necessary functions may then be unavailable. This inventory is reviewed when providers, purposes or retention periods change.
